Another year gone

This year brings big changes as I will be venturing into working in MMA. I will be spending January 10-31st in Portland, Oregon working at Sports Lab Training Center with Phil Claude, Robert Follis, and Mike Pierce and then we will head to Vegas for UFC 143 on Feb. 4th where Mike will face off against Josh Koscheck. Amgen Tour of California

Hello all,

I hope spring has been good to everyone.

I will not be seeing any clients the month of May in Asheville as I will be in California for Amgen Tour of California from May 15-22. The Amgen Tour of California has a great website that you can read everything about the race. www.amgentourofcalifornia.com.

I will be working with team BMC. So "Like" me at SportsBodywork on Facebook and Twitter to keep updated on what is going on at the race.

On May 23 we will be driving cross country to Greenville, South Carolina for the USPRO National Championship that will be on Monday, May 30th. Join us in downtown Greenville for a great race.

Then I will be back in Asheville the beginning of June and I will be seeing clients all of June and July.

Happy New Year

A new year always brings new goals, new ideas, and new projects.

This year I will be trying to expand to a second office in south Asheville.

I will also be carrying products for sale. In the fall of 2010 I started stocking Extreme Endurance. An amazing lactic acid buffer. As soon as the details are worked out I will be posting the Soigneur schedule for 2011.
